Blair Taylor and the team at Spoken Coaching are a team of passionate, devoted cyclists whose coaching facilities and expertise have championed many a cyclist to some of the highest levels of success. We got the chance to sit down with Blair at the latest round of the Dynamo Team Championship to talk all things Spoken Coaching.
Blair has been coaching since 2007 after having a fellow rider asking for some advice, this was the beginning of Blair's coaching career. Being involved in the sport it became apparent to him, that attention to detail was paramount in achieving success. This created a new passion for coaching and since then, Blair's coaching knowledge and leadership has gone from strength to strength with his riders winning National titles through to the World Championships. Blair has great communication and fosters a strong coach/athlete relationship which is paramount in achieving success at all levels.

Logan joined Blair in 2016 bringing new skills and perspectives to the business.
Blair has coached Logan over the past 5 years and has seen him come on in leaps and bounds on the bike competing nationally, in Australia and also more recently picking up some big results on the UCI Asia tour earlier this year.
Through completing his Sports Management and Science degree at A.U.T, Logan has taken a keen interest in coaching over the past couple of years with some of his junior riders taking national championships and podiums.
Through his degree Logan has studied in the areas of Sports Management, Athletic Conditioning, Applied Sports Nutrition, Human Movement, Exercise Science and Performance Analysis. With his extensive knowledge you can turn to Logan for all your sport science questions. (he’ll openly admit he’s a bit of a nerd when it comes to the subject)
We are looking forward to seeing Logan not only continue to succeed as a rider but also pass on the knowledge he has learnt both academically and on the bike to our athletes.
